Groups in Sunday City allow players to chat together in a private group chat of up to four members. The group leader is the only one who can add members, and they can only invite people from their friends list. If the group shrinks to just one player, the group chat is automatically deleted.

Most of the group management happens right in the group chat, but the leader can also send invites through BuddyBook.

Groups also come with a handy Get Together feature. If you and your friends are on different layers of the city, adding each other to a group will allow pulling you onto the same layer. Perfect for exploring locations together!
