Here are a few examples of what we consider misconducts, each of which may result in restricted access to our games:

1. Toxic Behavior

  • Calling for violence or hate speech, as well as making remarks that might be offensive to other community members and employees on any grounds, including (but not limited to): age, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, sex and gender, disability, caste, immigration status, veteran status, severe illnesses, being a victim of severe abuse or being related to one.
  • Using profanities, offensive language of any kind, as well as offensive reactions and emojis.
  • Bullying: stalking or abuse, including organizing and inciting those.
  • Any other toxic behavior that directly or indirectly targets other members of the community or Kefir employees or seeks to discredit their game or life experience.

2. Discussions

  • Political and religious declarations, calls, propaganda, and arguments.
  • Arguing about controversial topics and discussing  them.
  • Discussing tragic events in the context of making speculations about events that require sensitive approach and have significant social, cultural, or political impact (civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, conflicts, deaths, and other tragic events), or expressing extreme disregard for them.
  • Posting any other provocative content, inciting conflict and division.

3. Dangerous Content

  • Wishing death, suicide, physical harm, or any form of calamity to other players. This includes direct threats, indirect hints, and "jokes" of such kind, as well as posting content that casts a positive light on, encourages, or promotes suicide, self-harm, and harming others.
  • Trade and promotion of dangerous and controlled items: drugs, weapons, alcohol, tobacco products, medications, and other potentially harmful items.
  • Propaganda and spreading of extremist ideology. Using Nazi and extremist slogans and symbols, as well as their digital analogs and censored substitutes.
  • Posting any other potentially dangerous content.


4. Obscene Content

  • Sexting: sending messages of explicitly sexual nature, hints, and indecent suggestions or questions. 
  • Posting content that explicitly or implicitly portrays or imitates sexual acts.
  • Posting any other content that might be considered obscene.

 

5. Protection of Minors

  • Posting and requesting sexual or provocative content featuring minors.
  • Grooming: behavior that aims to establish trust for the purposes of sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Attempts to redirect minors to third-party platforms for inappropriate purposes.
  • Any other behavior that could be considered dangerous for minors.

 

6. Trade

  • Discussing and organizing: trade of in-game resources or any other items for real currency and/or any in-game items.
  • Discussing and posting content about selling, renting, purchasing, and other uses of the account for commercial purposes, as well as any paid services related to the game.

 

7. Cheats, Hacks, and Malicious Content

  • Discussing and posting information about game hacks, third-party programs for gaining an unfair advantage in the game, cheats, and using the game's bugs to one's advantage.

 

8. Exchange of Information

  • Doxing: posting or distributing personal and confidential data as well as fragments of personal correspondence that are not publicly available.
  • Posting or distributing content infringing patents, copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Insides: posting or distributing information about game content from upcoming updates that hasn't been announced in the community's official resources.


9. Spam and Flooding

  • Spam: distributing commercial offers, links, and ads of third-party resources unless they are the project's official communities or partners.
  • Flooding: excessive use of messages, emojis, and reactions to messages.


10. Community's Employees

  • Publicly confronting representatives of the development team as well as criticizing the rules of conduct.
  • Impersonating moderators, community administrators, or members of the development team.
