Delivery Service is a limited-time event where you collect, pack, and deliver cargo under contracts through the delivery terminal. You may have encountered similar deliveries at the Port before, but this time, you can send out cargoes directly from your home location!
For every completed order, you’ll earn special points (called invoices), which can be exchanged for valuable items — weapons, puppies, genome points, blueprints, and much more. 😉
By popular demand from survivors, it’s time to clear out your chests, get rid of duplicate resources, and send out much-needed supplies to fellow Wastelanders!
🧭 How it works
1. Choose an order
o Several delivery orders are available in the terminal, ranging in difficulty from easy to hard.
2. Assemble your cargo
o Select the desired order type.
o Pack boxes at the packing table (on the hood of the old pickup truck) using crafting recipes.
o You can also add universal cargo (premium containers) for coins to increase the value of the delivery and boost your reward. Max containers per cargo: 4 regular + 4 premium.
o ⚠️ Note: You can’t cancel an order after inserting containers, so choose carefully!
3. Insure the cargo
o You can purchase insurance with coins before delivery to protect your reward in case of bad choice of action.
4. Route & completion
o Random events may occur on the route during delivery (zombies, weather, etc.). The harder the order, the more random events might take place on your path.
o You’ll be choosing between two actions, thus deciding if you'll take the direct route ("fast and risky") or the slow and safe one, bypassing an obstacle. Risky routes may lead to you gaining or losing cargo, increasing or decreasing points for it, or even yielding a bonus item. (Possible rewards are shown in the special menu in the delivery card.) Insurance helps preserve your invoices if something goes wrong, so we recommend you acquire it when possible.
5. Get your reward
o Successful deliveries grant invoices (amount depends on the cargo inserted). These are the main event currency — exchange them for valuable rewards at the Delivery Guy's stall.

❓ What is a universal cargo?
They are premium containers you can add for coins to boost your reward.
❓ I packed a container, but can’t add it to an order. What’s wrong?
The assembled container must be in your character's inventory. You can add it to your order from there.
❓ What’s the purpose of the insurance?
If your delivery fails due to some event on your path, the insurance will protect your invoices.
❓ What random events can occur on the road?
Zombie attacks, breakdowns, roadblocks, abandoned camps, and more. More difficult orders usually involve more threats.
❓ What do I do with invoices?
Exchange them for weapons, resources, or genome at the Delivery Guy's stall.
