In this event, you’ll be completing combat missions from the Genesis organization, clearing infected areas of zombies. As you participate in the operation, you'll be earning special currency (Genesis stripes), increasing your operative's reputation, and unlocking access to the Black Market that contains rare items.

o        Start by completing the introductory mission from a Genesis operative at your home location.

o        This will unlock access to infected areas.

o        Such areas are marked red and yellow on the map, and there's a drone hovering above them. Watch the timer — infected areas refresh, so don’t miss your chance to clear them in time.

o        Your mission is to eliminate all the zombies in the marked location.

o        Every zombie you kill grants you reputation points, which can be exchanged for Genesis stripes.

o        The more dangerous the area, the greater the reward and the stronger the enemies.

o        In addition to killing zombies, stripes can be collected from region bosses and looted off dead Genesis operatives who failed their missions in certain locations. Such locations are highlighted with a Genesis pickup and gunfire.

o        As you increase your reputation level, you'll be gaining access to new rewards and unique items in the market. You’ll see two Black Market stalls at your home location: one is permanent for the duration of the event and contains valuable rewards, and the other one refreshes daily.

 

 

On the global map, look for drones hovering over locations. These are among the most dangerous locations — “Crooked Creek Farm”, “Abandoned Factory”, etc.

Visit infected areas as often as possible and try to clear the entire location.

It unlocks access to reward tiers and new unique items and resources in the Black Market. Special rewards include the operative's backpack and armor, as well as a vinyl record with the soundtrack that plays in cleared locations during the event.
