Winter in the Wastelands is harsh and ruthless. Feral zombies continue menacing the nomads, and severe cold only complicates this already unfortunate circumstance.

But it is in your power to help the survivors get through another winter and fend off the impending threat.

Heat houses, collect Christmas lights in various locations, and gain reputation to exchange it for valuable prizes!

 

Collect copper pipes at the Icy Junkyard, go back to the Hidden Ridge Farm, and switch to the builder mode .

Lay pipes from the boiler to the houses. Houses that haven't been hooked up to the heating yet are marked with an icon .

 

 

To claim rewards for reputation from the Elder. And when you heat all the houses, you'll get to claim the main present under the Christmas tree. So it's better to collect as many Christmas lights as you can find.

 

You can find Christmas lights in the following locations: Motel, Crooked Creek Farm, Abandoned Factory, Police Station, Bunker Alfa, Transport Hub, and Strange Factory.

 

To open a crate with rewards in a nomad's house, you need to complete their task. You'll be able to receive it after you heat their house.

When the rewards are available, you'll see an exclamation mark over the crate.

 

No, the nomads are targeted by the Numb Zombies — they don't have Icy Armor, so you can kill them with regular weapons. However, you may encounter zombies with special armor at the Strange Factory — you can pierce it with bullet cracker ammo. Look for them at the Icy Junkyard.

 

You need to earn reputation points by completing tasks, heating and decorating the nomads' houses at the Hidden Ridge Farm.

You also get points for bringing Christmas lights, ammo, and pipes to the Elder's assistant. When you accumulate enough points, you'll be able to claim rewards from the Elder.

 

Christmas Stockings are the currency of the event's Black Market. You spend them on the rewards of your choosing.

 

Christmas Stockings are granted for completing the nomads' quests and helping them heat and decorate their houses, as well as obtained from the reputation rewards. The Black Market features lots of rare and valuable items: the rewards selection is truly astonishing!
