You can find your user ID by tapping on the bottom left corner of the game settings window. Tapping the button "Copy UID", allows you to save your user ID to the clipboard. This way you can paste it, for example, in the conversation with tech support agents. Your ID will also appear at the bottom of the window until the first slash mark. We recommend saving the screenshot of your user ID just in case. 

 

If this method doesn’t work then you can tap on the upper left corner of any loading window.
