Titanium ore, sand and quartz can be found on island locations, to get access there you must first build a motorboat at your base. Titanium bar can be crafted from titanium ore and other elements in the refined melting furnace at your base. Quartz can be melted into glass using common furnace. Glass is also sometimes found in the sewers of the port. Fiberglass can be obtained using the workbench located near Jake in the port. Cement is made using the concrete mixer, in the port as well.
