When you visit the port for the first time, you’ll get a new motorboat blueprint; this boat is built at your base, in two stages. The boat engine is also on the same blueprint list. Boat parts can be found in the sewers in the port. To gain access to the sewers, you need to install the generator in a suitable place at the port.
