After successfully completing five raider tasks, they will give you the coordinates of a nearby survivor's base in exchange for a share of your loot. It’s a great opportunity to grab some valuable resources — but be warned, the risks are high!

Here are a few tips to make your raid successful:

1. Watch your noise level.
Breaking walls and crates or riding your chopper — all that increases noise and attracts zombies. Once the noise meter hits the critical level, run! A face-to-face with the Big One never ends well.

2. Remember to bring lots of axes and explosives.
You can leave the raid to then return only once, and only if you haven’t made too much noise. Crafting from the blueprints menu adds noise, and it will prevent you from returning to that base if you leave. Re-entering the base always increases the noise meter.

3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and stay focused on the raid.
Connection drops, switching apps to reply to messages, or incoming calls — all of this counts as exiting the raid, which may result in you losing your chance to return to the base you were raiding.

4. Bring enough first aid kits, food, armor, and weapons.
If your character hadn't made much noise before dying at the hands of zombies, you can still return to the raid. But enemies will still be there, and dying again means losing the base, along with everything you brought and looted.

5. Pay attention to the timer.
The raidable base disappears 8 hours after it appears on the global map, even if you haven’t visited it once.

To start raiding, your character must reach level 150.
