Oaks are trees with orange leaves. You can find these trees at the Factory and the Farm. If you bring a generator to the Northern Watchtower on a chopper and activate it, you'll get access to the Oak Bushes location, where those trees grow as well. Oaks also grow in the time-limited event location Forlorn Fair.
