You progress can be easily restored if your account was connected to Google Play/Game Center/AppGallery. The game can offer you to do it when loading. If it hasn’t, go to settings and tap the button “Connect”.

Unfortunately, if you were playing without your account being connected, it’s impossible to restore your progress.

If you are sure that your account was connected, but the above-mentioned method is not working, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
