Please note that it is not currently possible to transfer game progress between platforms. But you can transfer your progress to another device within the same platform.
On Android:
1. Make sure that your game account is connected to a Google Play account (if you go to game settings, on the service button there will be the sign “Disconnect”).
2. Then log in to the same Google Play account on another device.
3. If after opening the game it didn’t suggest restoring the saved progress, go to settings and tap on “Connect”
On iOS:
1. Make sure that your game account is connected to a Game Center account.
2. Then log in to the same Game Center account on another iOS device.
3. If after opening the game it didn’t suggest restoring the saved progress, go to settings and tap on "Connect".
