After creating a character and completing some starting quests, you will be able to found your own district in New Heim. From this point, you can address the Elder for building new construction in the district or improving the existed ones. The Elder can always be found in the central square.

Developing a district requires resources you'll have to collect on different locations. Carrier will deliver resources to the town in his cart - don't forget to check it from time to time to find out which materials are required for the current stage of construction.

As the town is developing, it will be more and more crowded with NPCs offering their services:
- Trader will bring new items to his shop
- Banker will take your stuff for safekeeping
- Architect will allow you to install more doors and chests
- Craftsman will open access to new blueprints
- Tavern Owner will give you various daily tasks
- Scout will temporarily open a new event Den of Monsters on the global map
- Tax Collector will collect silver from residents and town visitors

If some constructions are not yet built in your district, you can go to another popular district and use the services of an NPC there.
