Clans are large groups of players. A clan can include both players from different families and solo players. All players of the same clan are allies.
The clan window can be opened by tapping on the button in the top right part of the screen near the mini-map. You can join one of the existing clans or create your own (your character has to be of level 30 or higher; also, the creation of a clan will cost you some silver).
A clan membership grants access to the Clan Camp - a location on the global map, available only for clan members. To communicate and coordinate your actions, you get access to a clan's separate chat channel.
All players in a clan can participate in competing clan tasks. Successfully completed tasks are rewarded with clan coins, while the clan itself - with rating points. Clan coins are required for opening chests with rewards at the Clan Camp. Rating points are counted during a clan tournament.
In a clan tournament, your clan's rating is estimated by the number of rating points scored both in the global and server ratings. A victory in the global rating is much harder to achieve, but the value of the rewards is higher. A tournament lasts for 6 days, then starts the period of rest and preparation for the next tournament.
