At the moment, there are four possible ranks within a clan:

Leader
Maximum authority. A leader may change the ranks of clan members  Authorized to dissolve the clan.

Advisor
Responsible for approving/sending requests to join a clan and controlling the clan members. May accept clan tasks for completion and change messages from the leader.

Recruit
A well-trusted clan member. A recruit has no privileges.

Novice
Novices are players who have recently joined a clan. Novices have no privileges.
