Runes will allow you to boost the skills of a selected class. Runes are a rare find. In the game world, you will mostly be finding rune shards instead of whole runes. Ten shards can be merged into one random rune. Also, you can claim free daily shards in the in-game store!

Runes are stored in a special rune inventory. When selecting a specific class, you are only shown the runes that fit it. But note that the rune inventory itself is common to all classes! So, as your rune collection increases, you will probably need to buy extra slots in the rune inventory.

To activate the rune, go to the corresponding menu in the class section and drag the rune to a slot on the right.

Runes have levels. The higher the level, the more powerful the rune. The more same-type runes you put in the slots on the right, the greater the total effect you will get from them.

To raise the level, you need to merge two identical runes into one. You can do it in the area with rune slots on the right. You can’t reverse a rune merge!

To unlock new rune slots, develop and improve your New Heim district.

You can break a rune if necessary, in which case you’ll get one rune shard in return.
