Cosmetic items of various categories - tattoos, clothes, head decorations - will allow you to change your character's appearance.

Battle banners are automatically installed in the ground when you kill another player. You can also change the appearance of the bag of your character's belongings that remains on the ground after you are killed.

You can view the list of cosmetic items and try them on your character in the character customization window (button next to the character's name in the inventory window).

Keep in mind that when you receive duplicates of cosmetic items (i. e. you already have a certain item in your collection), you will be credited special Transformation Tokens - a separate kind of currency you can use to buy new cosmetics. The first place to look for it is at the trader's in the Gate Between Worlds location on your main server.
