We recommend following these steps:

— Clear the cache of the Play Store (Google Play, GetApps, Samsung Galaxy Store, AppGallery)

— If the above doesn’t resolve the issue, you need to disable auto-update at Play Store.

How do I disable auto-updates on Android?

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Auto-update Apps.
  5. Select Don't auto-update apps, and select Done.

— Connect the game to Kefir ID (if you haven't done that yet)

— Delete the current version of the game

— Download the game from Google Play or any platform you would like to continue playing from

— Restore your progress using the same Kefir ID
