1. CHEATS, HACKS, AND MALICIOUS CONTENT

1.1 Hacks, cheats, and the use of game bugs that disrupt the economy in one's favor are prohibited for discussion, publication, and use. Such willful dishonest actions allow players to gain an advantage over others and influence game mechanics, and will be severely penalized.

1.2. Minor errors in the game are acceptable for discussion and publication. Such errors do not give players an advantage over others.

1.3. In case of suspected hacking, the player must provide screenshots of their game account upon request of the staff. The staff may also require a game ID for additional verification.

1.4. Publication or distribution of information about in-game items, equipment, or other update details not yet announced on the official community pages is prohibited.

2. TRADING

The terms of the user agreement strictly prohibit trading in-game resources for real-world currencies. The trader will be immediately banned.

3. INFORMATION SHARING

Publication or distribution of community and staff members' personal data, as well as fragments of private correspondence that are not publicly available, is prohibited unless specifically authorized.

4. ACCOUNT SALES AND PURCHASES, PROVISION OF PAID SERVICES

Publication of posts about the sale or purchase of an account or any paid services is prohibited. Such actions violate our Terms of Use.

5. COMMUNITY STAFF

5.1 Public confrontation with the community staff, criticism of the rules, or discussion of compliance are prohibited. If you disagree with something, please contact the community administrators directly to resolve the issue.

5.2 Impersonation of a moderator, community administrator, or member of the development team is prohibited.

5.3 We always appreciate your input, but you are not obligated to do the work of the community staff. If you notice any rule violation, please simply contact a moderator and they will help resolve the issue.

5.4 Do not attempt to avoid penalties by leaving and returning to the community or returning using another account.

6. DISCUSSIONS

Discussions about religion, politics, and other pressing social issues are strongly discouraged.

7. SPAM

Spam, including trade and exchange offers, emojis and reactions to messages, links to and advertising of third-party resources that are not official communities or partners of the project, is prohibited.

8. USE OF PROFANITY AND TOXIC BEHAVIOR

8.1 Any language that may be offensive to community and staff members regarding their race, gender, nationality, ethnicity, sexual identity, or religion is prohibited.

8.2 Toxic behavior that directly or indirectly targets other members of the community or Kefir staff or seeks to discredit their game or life experience is prohibited.

8.3 Refrain from using offensive reactions and emojis.

8.4 Any in-game conflicts must remain in-game and not escalate to official community chats and comments.

8.5 Due to the excessive number of scammers, any means of trading in the official communities is prohibited.

8.9. DELIBERATE MISINFORMATION TO DECEIVE THE SUPPORT TEAM

Misleading the support team with false information on in-game activities and situations to receive benefits and compensation is strictly prohibited.

10. INTENTIONAL USE OF CHARACTER ALTERNATIVES AND TWINKING FOR EXPLOITS

Deliberate creation of alternate characters (“twinks”) for the purposes of abusing game mechanics, such as mass storage of rare in-game items, is prohibited due to disruption of the game balance.

11. SPECIFIC CASES OF RULE VIOLATIONS

We are entitled to block a game account if the behavior of its owner cannot be strictly labeled as per the established rules, but nevertheless can be qualified as a serious violation.

12. SYSTEMATIC FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES

Constant systematic violations of the game rules can lead to permanent blocking of the game account.

The staff is entitled to change/amend the rules at any time, both in their entirety and certain parts of them. All changes to these rules shall be effective upon publication. Community members are responsible for keeping track of changes on their own.
