Raider career can be started only at level 150 and higher, that’s when they visit you for the first time.
We have repeatedly seen feedback that the bases of other survivors are not so rich in resources, and the thing that a revenge raid rarely occurs, since the players do not have enough resources to respond properly. Now, with more prepared participants from both sides, this should be a thing of the past.
