Every few hours, a chest is sent to you. You can improve its rewards by earning "Order Points" until it arrives. Once the chest is ready, you'll see the "Open" button, but note that a new chest won't start arriving until you open the current one.

Each chest lets you choose one item to send to your inbox, while the rest go into the "Storage." You can retrieve stored items later in exchange for coins.

Keep an eye on your Storage! It has 9 slots, and if they’re full, new items might replace less valuable ones or disappear entirely. Manage your rewards wisely!
