Good news - players from different servers can play with each other in the Crater! Also news, but a little bit worse - you won't be able to play with a friend on the same location in singleplayer mode, even if you are on the same server. Its name can be seen in the lower left corner of the game settings screen at any moment. The game chooses the nearest and the most optimal server automatically ;)
