The drone launches automatically after your first manual use from the gas station. If the timer isn’t visible in the task list (on the left side of the screen), it means the drone has already found a raider camp—just look for a zone marked by a small campfire on the global map.

If you’re impatient, you can relaunch the drone manually at any time for coins, even if the timer is running!
